Shiori knife from the 撓 Niku series by Jakub Suchta. This is a professional butcher knife. An ideal knife for precise and clean cuts, it is much appreciated by chefs when cutting large pieces of raw, roasted or cooked meat. The long and smooth blade not only allows you to slice raw meat or fish, but is also great for slicing roasts or similar foods, as the long and ergonomic shape ensures even guidance.

The blade is made of original damascus steel with 67 layers of steel. The multi-layered nature of the steel makes the structure of the different layers of each knife very strong and flexible.

The handle is made of sycamore wood, adds classic elegance. The combination of very good raw materials provides a unique product - resilient, hard, sharp. The perfect knife in any kitchen. Ideal product for a gift.

*HRC hardness - is a criterion for determining the class of a knife, expressed in degrees of HRC (Rockwell scale). This tells us how hard the steel is użyta to create a Japanese knife.
