Thanks to its slender design, it allows you to cut in one smooth motion, without tugging the fibers - which guarantees aesthetically pleasing and even slices.

The core of the blade is made of high-grade japanese AUS-10V steel, known for its excellent hardness, corrosion resistance and long sharpness retention. It is a high-carbon steel, enriched with vanadium, which increases its strength and cutting properties.

The blade is made of genuine 67-layer Japanese damascus steel AUS-10V. The multi-layered nature of the steel makes the structure of the different layers of each knife very strong and flexible.

The handle is made of Ultra-Premium G10 which adds to the classic elegance. The combination of very good raw materials provides a unique product - resilient, hard and sharp. The perfect knife in any kitchen. Will work great as a gift.
