Shiori 撓 Katana Musashi - Classics and Simplicity
Katana Musashi is the essence japanese tradition - simplicity, functionality and perfect balance. Inspired by swords used by samurai during the Edo period, it draws on classic designs known from movies and legends about Japan's greatest warriors.
Miyamoto Musashi - One of the most famous swordsmen in history - was famous for his philosophy of simplicity and efficiency. His fighting technique was based on harmony of body and mind and the use of simple but effective tools. Tsuba Namako Sukashi inspired by his style, adds character to this sword, making it unique in both appearance and use.
The sword was manufactured in an exclusive craft manufactory located in Lower Silesia, where experienced master craftsmen with many years of experience create unique works combining traditional techniques with precision and attention to detail.
The company focuses on products inspired by Japanese culture and medieval using only traditional tools and working methods for their production. As a result, each item and each piece of binding is characterized by authenticity and the highest quality of workmanship.
The manufactory produces exclusively on behalf of the Shiori brand. The high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail means that the waiting time for some orders can be as long as four years.
Each product that leaves the studio is a work of applied art that is a tribute to the tradition and craftsmanship of the old masters.
We offer the possibility to make swords on individual order, according to customer specifications. Implementation time is determined individually and depends on the complexity of the project.
